Dear Cursillistas,

I have much pleasure in announcing that the Revd Jennifer Furphy has now accepted my invitation and has joined the Revd Stewart Boundy to become the joint Diocesan Spiritual Directors for Melbourne Cursillo.

The Revd Jennifer has been a member of Cursillo both as a lay person and since being ordained. She brings her musical and artistic skills and her love and care for people and love of liturgy to her ministry at Balnarring and Flinders, and also to Cursillo, and is serving on the W40 team. Please see the attached information about Jennifer to give you more insight into her background.

The Revd Jennifer will be commissioned at the Ultreya at Carrum Downs on Saturday 8 June, commencing at 2.15 for 2.30 pm. I do hope many of you will be able to make it to this and to support and welcome her as our leadership team nears completion.

We give thanks for your prayers and for the willingness for the Revd Jennifer to serve God and Cursillo in this way. Please keep Jennifer and Stewart and the other members of Secretariat in your prayers at this time.

Grace and peace in Jesus Christ,
